Policies
All rooms are smoke free and pet free. Children 8 years and under stay
for free.
Check in time is 1:00 pm and check out time is 10:30 am.
We require a 7 day cancellation notice. If you cancel inside the 7 day
period there will be a $25.00 non refundable cancellation charge.
All major credit cards are accepted as well as cash, personal check, and
travelers’ checks.
Reservations are recommended.
Room rates and amenities
Rates are for up to two in a room. There is an $8.00 charge for each
additional person in a room over the age of 8 years old.
All rooms have wireless internet, satellite TV, carpet, heat/air, ceiling
fans, TV, and private bath; however, there are no in-room telephones.
Rooms face the Arkansas Grand Canyon and have cedar gliders on the
balcony so guests can enjoy the view. There is also an observation deck
below the motel rooms that's great for viewing the valley during the day
and the stars at night.
Rooms have coffee pots. Many of our guests rise early and enjoy a cup
of coffee while watching the sun rise over the mountains.
The Suite – 3 double beds – sleeps up to 6
$90.00 + 9% sales tax a night for up to two guests. The suite has three
double beds with a separate sitting area. The sitting area includes a sofa,
table and four chairs, TV, and an electric fireplace. The suite has a
corner inside view of the valley.
Regular Rooms – either 2 full or two queen beds – sleeps up to 4
$70.00 to $80.00 + 9% sales tax a night for up to two guests.
Cliff House Inn's Rocking Chair Ridge Cabin (new)
We are proud to offer a 2 bedroom cabin at our new Ozark Mountain
Country Cabins, just 15 minutes south of Cliff House Inn near Ozark St.
Francis National Forest.
Reservations & Deposit required
$85.00 + tax per night ~ up to two adults
$15.00 + tax additional charge per person
10% discount for 7 day stays, and discounts for repeat customers.
$20.00 pet fee per stay
